In celebration of the local area, The Ivy Tower Bridge has created two special cocktails using Bermondsey Street Bees raw London honey.
The Bermondsey Queen Bee cocktail features Warner Edwards Honeybee gin, Bermondsey Street Bees honey, apricot brandy, lemon juice & Fever-Tree lemonade. The brasserie’s bar team have also created a refreshing, non-alcoholic alternative, the Berry Cooler which incorporates blackberries, mint, lemon juice, Bermondsey Street Bees honey, Fever-Tree soda, garnished with fresh blackberries & mint.
The Bermondsey Street Bees honey adds flavours of demerara, caramel and wildflower to both cocktails, making them refreshing and cooling – perfect for the end of summer.

Bermondsey Street Bees is known for its pioneering work on sustainability and biodiversity, working with government and planting charities to devise strategies to support and feed urban bees.
